Dan Beck has been named vice president of franchise services for Sir Speedy Inc., Laguna Hills. In his new position, Beck is responsible for corporate services provided to new and existing franchisees. Before the appointment, he was assistant vice president of franchise services. Sir Speedy franchises quick-printing centers.
