Harvard Faculty Member Named Law School Dean

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. —
Robert C. Clark, a conservative member of the Harvard Law School faculty, was named dean of the school Friday by Harvard President Derek Bok. Clark, 44, a professor of corporate law, succeeds James Vorenberg, who is stepping down to resume teaching.
