Two teen-age girls who falsely told police they had been kidnaped in an attempt to avoid parental retribution for a fun-filled weekend in San Francisco, have been ordered to help find youngsters who actually are missing. The Alameda County Juvenile Probation Department has instructed the two Fremont girls, ages 13 and 14, to spend 20 hours helping the Missing Childrens Project of California, spokeswoman Jane Jennings said. The Missing Childrens Project is helping distribute information about three East Bay girls who are missing: Amber Swartz-Garcia, 8, of Pinole; Michaela Garecht, 10, of Hayward, and Ilene Misheloff, 13, of Dublin.
