It’s no wonder that so many people wear vintage clothes in Los Angeles. The fashion industry here was born on Hollywood’s back lots, and old clothes are as well loved as old movies. Recycled style is sometimes inspired by thrift, but often it really has more to do with playing dress-up. Actress Rosanna Arquette, a veteran vintage clothes collector, knows her way around wearable antiques. Arquette’s next movie, “New York Stories,” is due this spring.
