Randy Steven Kraft, charged with murdering 16 men, is on trial in Orange County Superior Court in what some legal experts say will be the biggest and costliest case in California history.

LAST WEEK Kraft’s attorneys failed to persuade the judge to allow testimony from a psychic named Joan, who in interviews with police implicated someone else in one of the 16 murders.

THE DEFENSE This is the third time that the judge has prevented us from putting on important evidence in front of the jury. ‘
