CITY MOTTOS
Motto means a “maxim adopted as a principle of behavior,” and many of the cities in Orange County have chosen such a credo to guide their citizens. Following is a list of the county’s cities and their mottos.

* The city has a yearly theme proclaimed by the mayor, and this is 1989’s theme.
