Wayne Webb broke a four-year victory drought on the Professional Bowlers Assn. tour by rallying to beat Venezuela’s Amleto Monacelli, 216-207, and win the $150,000 True Value Open at Peoria, Ill.
Monacelli could have won the $27,000 top prize with two strikes plus eight pins in his final frame, but left a 3-pin on his first shot.
