Local News in Brief : Huntington Beach : Drivers Should Expect Coast Highway Delays

Share

Motorists should expect some disruption and inconvenience on Pacific Coast Highway between 9th and Main streets through March 17 as city construction crews finish drainage improvements in the area.

Work on the Pacific Coast Highway Flood Control Improvement Project may mean that traffic will be periodically reduced to a single lane in each directions on the highway, said William G. Reed, city public information officer.

In addition, parking may be temporarily banned on the highway in places where it would normally be allowed, and turns onto or off the road may be restricted at certain corners.
