Frank E. Taylor Jr. has been named to the new position of president and chief operating officer of Nichols Institute Diagnostics, a subsidiary of Nichols Institute, San Juan Capistrano. He had previously been senior vice president and general manager of the subsidiary, which develops and manufactures medical diagnostic kits for investigation of hormone disorders such as infertility, thyroid and growth deficiency.
