Latins to Meet in Colombia

BOGOTA, Colombia —
Foreign ministers from Latin America and the Caribbean will meet in the northern Colombian city of Cartagena June 23-26 to discuss problems affecting the region, a Foreign Ministry spokesman said Monday.
