Malibu : Suspect Hospitalized
A Malibu man who strolled naked through a restaurant chanting praises of Satan was found incompetent to stand trial for murder.
Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Florence Bernstein on Tuesday ruled that Brian L. Harlow, 28, is incapable of participating in his defense. Harlow is charged with one count of murder after allegedly slamming his car into a motorcycle in January, killing a passenger. He was arrested later that night after the restaurant incident.
Harlow will be placed in a state mental hospital.
