Dedication of a $3.3-million hangar project named in memory of veteran pilot and radio traffic reporter Bruce Wayne will be held Tuesday at Fullerton Municipal Airport. A bronze plaque cast with Wayne’s image will be unveiled at the ceremony. The City Council voted to name the new 56-unit hanger as a memorial to the Fullerton resident, who was killed in June, 1986, when his single-engine Cessna crashed shortly after takeoff from the airport.
