Envoy to France Selected

WASHINGTON —
President Bush will nominate Walter J. Curley, a New York businessman and former ambassador to Ireland, to be U.S. ambassador to France, the White House announced Thursday. If confirmed by the Senate, Curley will succeed Joe M. Rodgers.
