Bruins’ Ticket Policy Might Need Rethinking

Share

As a public university, UCLA’s odious new donate-or-ship-out season-ticket policy can only be characterized as extortion, as well as discrimination against those too young to have known J. D. Morgan as a boy.

To Peter Dalis and the other pencil-pushers who hatched this inane scheme, here’s some advice: Try beating USC with all the marbles on the line before marking up the merchandise. If fans are going to pay thousands to sit in the Rose Bowl, they ought to be sitting there on New Year’s Day.
