Who’s at Fault in CSUN Case?

Share

Anyone who believes that the name or reputation of Cal State Northridge has been damaged by Lynn Westlund, who resigned as student president because she was not a student, had better rethink their beliefs.

The fault does not lie with Westlund. It lies with the university and its Associated Students organization. They should have the common sense to check an officer’s records, before and during their term. I, as a student at CSUN, am astonished that it is not mandatory!

When a student applies to a college, that college does not simply accept information from the student but examines the records.
