Frank Hildebrand has been named executive vice president of Nova International Films, a Hollywood-based independent production company. Hildebrand previously was executive vice president-production at Trans World Entertainment.
The Chicago management consulting firm A. T. Kearney has named Earle T. Okumura a principal in the firm’s international practice. Okumura, 50, will be based in the Los Angeles office.
