SAN DIEGO COUNTY - News from April 20, 1989

DH Technology, a manufacturer of computer print heads, reported a first-quarter profit of $1.2 million on sales of $9.5 million, up from a profit of $175,000 on sales of $3 million for the same quarter a year earlier.

DH Technology attributed the improvements to increased shipments of its products and to the inclusion of results from its acquisition last year of Eaton Printer products, since renamed DHPrint.
