President Picks Nominee for Ambassador to Turkey

WASHINGTON —
President Bush will nominate Morton Abramowitz to be U.S. ambassador to Turkey, the White House announced Wednesday. Abramowitz, 56, is an assistant secretary of state for intelligence and research.
