Paul Tatz, chief of Del Webb Corp.’s real estate arm, has resigned. Philip Dion, chairman and chief executive of the Phoenix company, will take over Tatz’s duties, which include directing all of Webb’s real estate activities. Tatz was elected executive vice president of Webb and president and chief executive of Del Webb Communities Inc. in January, 1988.
