Sidney Wicks, the former UCLA basketball All-American who was seriously injured last week when his car was struck by a truck, is improving but is not yet scheduled to leave the hospital, a spokeswoman said.
“He’s in good condition and he’s getting stronger,” said Shannon Bulman, spokeswoman for Scripps Memorial Hospital in La Jolla.
