Patent Complaint to Be Investigated: The U.S. International Trade Commission voted to investigate a cellular telephone patent-infringement complaint by Motorola Inc. against Tandy Corp. and Nokia Corp., Motorola said. Motorola filed a complaint with the ITC in April against Nokia and Tandy seeking to stop imports into the United States and sales in this country of portable and mobile cellular radio-telephones that Motorola contends infringe seven of its patents.
