Two Men Injured in La Habra Crash
Two drivers remained hospitalized, one in critical condition, after a two-car collision in La Habra on Saturday, police said.
Randall Stear, 37, of La Mirada was in critical condition in the intensive care unit at UCI Medical Center in Orange. Danny Walters, 18, of La Habra was in stable condition, a nursing supervisor said.
La Habra Police Sgt. Phil Stufflebean said witnesses told police that Walters was driving west on Whittier Boulevard about 7 p.m. Friday when his car broadsided Stear’s car at Walnut Street.
Both men suffered extensive injuries and were flown by helicopter to UCI Medical Center.
An investigation into the accident is continuing.
