4 Killed in Mexico Crash

MEXICO CITY —
A Mexican military plane taking food to a village crashed and burned in northern Mexico, killing all four people aboard, air force officials said.
The government news agency Notimex late Tuesday quoted officials as saying the plane went down Tuesday morning near the border of Chihuahua and Sinaloa states.
