Civil Liberties Union to Honor Three Activists at Garden Party
Actress Morgan Fairchild, state Sen. Diane Watson and feminist activist Peg Yorkin will be honored by the American Civil Liberties Union of Southern California at its 30th annual garden party on Sunday.
The event will be at 2 p.m. at the home of Sy and Maxine Gomberg in Brentwood. The honorees have been chosen for their contribution in preserving women’s right to reproductive freedom.
