American Cytogenetics Sells Lab Subsidiary

American Cytogenetics said it sold for an undisclosed amount of cash and stock its Diagenetic Laboratories business to another genetics testing company, MediGene.

Based in North Hollywood, American Cytogenetics specializes in testing Pap smears.
