National Technical Systems Buys EMC Test Services
National Technical Systems, a Calabasas engineering services and testing company, has bought EMC Test Services from Genisco Technology of La Mirada for $530,000.
EMC, a testing and consulting firm for the aerospace business and the military, had revenue of $350,000 in the six months that ended March 31.
Separately, National Technical Systems said it earned $340,000 in the first quarter, which ended April 30, similar to the $338,000 earned a year earlier. Revenue fell 10% to $8.6 million.
