Luis (Lucho) Herrera of Colombia scored his second stage victory today in the Tour of Italy cycling event, winning a seven-mile race that ended atop Monte Generoso near the lake resort of Lugano, Switzerland. Frenchman Laurent Fignon retained the pink jersey of the overall leader.
