Roger E. Embrey has been named manager of Southern California Gas Co.’s Orange County division, responsible for all gas operations in the county. He succeeds Ernie Stockert, who died. Embrey joined the company in 1962 and has held positions in sales and marketing. In 1987, he was named manager of the West Valley division.
