Man Mistaken for Suspect Slain

One more time, there has been another innocent black man killed in Los Angeles County by a law enforcement officer and the shooting is considered justified.
Marcus Donel is just another tragic case of a black man being shot to death for “suspicious movements” and was later to be found unarmed. It goes back as far as the mid-1960s. I am referring to the Deadwyler shooting. It seems to be a insidious rule in Los Angeles County that all black men understand. When approached by a police officer a black male is not considered a private citizen, but a suspected criminal. For whatever the reason, the slightest movement can mean sudden death.
