Ground breaking is expected to be held in downtown Anaheim during the second quarter of 1990 on Lincoln Village, a $45-million residential development of Lincoln Property Co.
The city’s redevelopment agency has given preliminary approval for the 20-acre, 380-unit project.
Plans call for single-family homes, paired homes and town-houses on both sides of Lincoln Avenue to Cypress Street and apartments and commercial properties on a parcel bounded by Lincoln Avenue, Olive, Center and Philadelphia streets.
