Oil Futures Higher: Energy futures prices rose, led by a rally in the heating oil market. On the New York Mercantile Exchange, the July heating oil contract jumped 2.29 cents to 47.98 cents a gallon, while the August contract closed up 2 cents at 48.07 cents a gallon. All other contracts posted healthy advances. Crude prices also made strong gains. The August contract for West Texas Intermediate, the benchmark grade of U.S. crude oil, rose 43 cents to $19.31 a barrel.
