Egypt Envoy Keeps Job; Bush Fills NTSB Post

WASHINGTON —
President Bush will retain Frank G. Wisner as ambassador to Egypt and will name Susan M. Coughlin to the National Transportation Safety Board, the White House announced. Wisner has been ambassador to Egypt since 1986. Coughlin has been deputy administrator of the Federal Railroad Administration since 1987.
