Two-Year T-Bill Rates Drop: Yields on two-year Treasury notes fell to 8.26%, down from 8.84% at the last comparable auction on May 24. It was the lowest rate since two-year notes averaged 8.05% on June 22, 1988. The notes will carry a coupon interest rate of 8.25% with each $10,000 in face value selling for $9,998.20. A total of $8.76 billion in notes were sold out of bids totaling $23.2 billion.
