A new flag will be hoisted over the Capitol Records building in Hollywood today. The rap-rock ‘n’ rolling Beastie Boys will raise a 15x25-foot flag with their logo to note their signing with Capitol and the July 25 release of their debut LP on the label, “Paul’s Boutique.”
