Roi Danzig led all the way for a surprisingly easy 3 1/4-length victory over Contested Colors in the 72nd running of the $222,800 Dwyer Stakes for 3-year-olds at Belmont Park.
It was the sixth Dwyer victory for trainer Woody Stephens and the third for the team of Stephens and jockey Eddie Maple.
