Health Net, a Woodland Hills-based health maintenance organization, said Henry R. Loubet joined the company as associate vice president and executive director of its Northern California region.
Loubet previously worked for Maxicare/Health America, an HMO in Burlingame, where he was a vice president and executive director, and he was director of patient business services at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center in San Jose.
