Chemical Plant Fire Kills 3

DECATUR, Ala. —
Three workers were killed and three people were injured Monday in an explosion and flash fire at a chemical plant. The explosion was in a chemical blending tank in a 3-M plant that manufactures chemicals and film. The cause of the fire was under investigation.
