Oceanside
A 31-year-old man was found shot to death in Oceanside early Friday.
The man, whose name was not released pending notification of relatives, was found by Oceanside police lying in the 2900 block of Farel Street about 4 a.m., a coroner’s spokesman said.
There were no suspects.
