Brazil’s Ayrton Senna took the provisional pole position for Sunday’s Formula One French Grand Prix with an average speed of 125.581 m.p.h., but teammate Alain Prost, who was second, announced that his days with the McLaren racing team are running out.
After several months of speculation, Prost made it clear that he intends to end his driving for McLaren but did not rule out a return to McLaren in the future.
