Allies restaurant has signed a 25-year lease for 5,891 square feet of retail space at North County Plaza Shopping Center in Carlsbad.
The lessor, Hughes North County Assn., was represented by John Burnham & Co.; the lessee, by Scher-Voit Commercial Brokerage. Value of the lease was $2.01 million.
