Kennedy’s article supporting reverse discrimination and criticizing the recent Supreme Court decisions which seek to prevent “robbing Peter to pay Paul” (not the writer of this letter) is lamentable! Fair-minded Americans have never believed that past discrimination against blacks should be corrected by commission of the same conduct against whites. Real equality will be achieved, and racial tensions eased, only under laws and by courts that are colorblind!
