Fullerton Man Missing From Low-Security Jail
A 26-year-old Fullerton man was missing from the Theo Lacy minimum-security jail facility during an early morning bed check, a Sheriff’s Department spokesman said.
Manuel S. Orosco, 26, was absent after a bed check revealed only his jail clothing, Sheriff’s Sgt. Richard Paddock said.
Orosco, who was awaiting trial on a drug charge, is not considered dangerous, he said.
An investigation is being conducted to determine how Orosco escaped, Paddock said.
