Commercial Scene : Boston Firms Purchases Warehouse in Santa Ana

Boston-based Cabot, Cabot & Forbes Realty Advisors has paid $18 million for a 378,000-square-foot warehouse and distribution building at 515 E. Dyer Road, Santa Ana.

Cabot plans to eventually redevelop the structure into a mixed-use office project, although USCO Distribution Inc. will remain in the building until its five-year lease expires.

Grubb & Ellis represented both Cabot and the seller, Santa Ana Associates.
