Commercial Scene : Bramalea Signs Lease in Jamboree Center Plaza
Bramalea of California has signed a $2.9-million lease for 28,000 square feet of office space at Jamboree Center’s 1 Park Plaza, making this the largest tenant at Jamboree Center’s Phase 1.
The center is at Jamboree Boulevard and Main Street in Irvine.
The lessee was represented by the Newport Beach office of Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services. The lessor, the Irvine Co., was represented by Tooley & Co.
