Wallace Kin Faces Trial

MONTGOMERY, Ala. —
Gerald O. Wallace, brother of former Gov. George C. Wallace, pleaded innocent Wednesday to charges of federal income tax evasion. He is accused of failing to report more than $165,000 of income in 1984 and 1985, and a trial was scheduled for Sept. 5, officials said.
