Thomas B. Rogers and Daniel F. Wheeler III have been appointed executive vice presidents for Security Pacific National Bank. Rogers will have responsibility in the bank’s Real Estate Industries Group for serving real estate developers in Orange, San Diego, San Bernardino and Riverside counties. Previously, Rogers was a senior vice president and administrator of the group’s southern division. He has been with Security Pacific since 1981. Wheeler will direct business efforts in the Orange County area for the bank’s newly established Middle Market Bank. Before his new appointment, he was a senior vice president.
