SDN Bancorp, parent company of San Dieguito National Bank, reported a second-quarter profit of $155,000, up from $73,000 for the same quarter last year. For the first six months of the fiscal year, SDN Bancorp reported a profit of $293,000, up from $84,000 in 1988. The bank has offices in Encinitas and La Costa.
The holding company’s assets as of June 30 were $65.5 million, up from $58.7 million a year previous. Loans were $50.5 million, up from $39.8 million, and deposits were $61 million, up from $54.7 million.
