Pepsico Inc. The beverage, snack food and restaurant company reported second-quarter net income of $264.9 million, a 21% jump from last year. Revenue climbed 24% to almost $3.6 billion. Pepsico, based in Purchase, N.Y., said income improved for all three of its operating segments despite a dilution from recent acquisitions.
