Four-Day Extension: B. Manischewitz Co. said it again extended the deadline for completing a proposed acquisition of the company by Beverly Hills-based Levine, Tessler, Leichtman & Co. to Aug. 8 from Aug. 4. The Jersey City, N.J.-based Kosher foods manufacturer said it granted an extension to allow time for further discussions on certain issues that must be resolved before the merger can be completed.
