PSICOR: The San Diego-based provider of cardiovascular technology to hospitals and surgeons, reported a $508,797 third-quarter profit on revenue of $13.1 million, versus a profit of $575,620 on sales of $9.9 million for the same period last year.

Earnings were affected by expenses associated with the consolidation of two companies acquired by PSICOR in March 1989. The increased revenues reflect those acquisitions.

For the nine months to date, PSICOR’s profit stands at $1.7 million on revenue of $35.4 million, up from a profit of $1.5 million on revenue of $27.8 million.
